Senior position reporting to the Managing Director. Developing the Company capacity in terms of the managing of multi-disciplined projects mainly in the offshore industries focusing very much on the Offshore Decommissioning industry. Responsible for the introduction of a CTR Cost Model system for the control of project costs and the compilation of a series of project control systems and recording documentation. Required to develop the estimating process with base line references back to actual project performances on past and similar projects. Developing and implementing good Project Management procedures, focusing on performance, cost control, schedule and HSE. Enhancing business development and supporting new and current sales. Developing decommissioning processes for study and scope works.Managing current and future Projects
