As a partner within Deloitte\'s Financial Advisory transaction support practice, I have more than 20 years of experience, gained through involvement in a variety of transactions, providing support to various businesses from owner managed / privately owned to large listed multinationals. I have wealth of experience in supporting clients who are contemplating either buy side, sell side, capital raising or refinancing transactions.Recent experience has included a greater focus on supporting clients fulfil their overseas M&A ambitions across Europe generally, the USA and Brazil, as well as multiple assignments acting for US, Chinese, Middle Eastern and European Business acquiring here in the UK.
