The Corporate Projects Department is responsible for the planning and execution of Corporate Initiatives (i.e. projects from the various departments that require modifications or installation at the restaurant level as part of a rollout or test). In addition, the Corporate Projects team also oversees the activation portion of company remodels to ensure key processes are outlined and properly activated for each company-owned remodel.The Corporate Projects department also oversees the Facilities teams for our (2) Corporate buildings.
