Working in partnership with Train Operating Companies in the day to day operation of London Euston station both in terms of the rail operational performance and in the correct provision of CIS information to the customers using train services to and from Euston Station.Member of the rail industry\'s Darwin Delivery Group from summer 2013 to 2015.Worked with Virgin Trains to develop the Staggered Boarding CIS at Euston station from late 2014 to late 2015.Autumn 2016. Worked with DB Cargo and GB Railfreight on potential railfreight traffic into Euston with regard to the HS2 project.August 2017- Present.Part of the WCML Operations and Impact Working Group.Oct 2018-April 2019. Part of a joint team that consisted of members of Virgin Trains, Transport for London, London Northwestern Railway that devised and successfully implemented the Operations and Customer Strategy for the use of Harrow & Wealdstone as a alternative London terminus during the Easter blockade that took place at London Euston in April 2019.Worked with the Euston Control Room Manager on the development of the new Euston Control Room (the new POCC concept) from 2016 to 2023 with successful completion in November 2023 with the final opening on 10th November.Worked with Euston Control Room Manager, TOC stakeholders at London Euston, Infotec & TUSP on the launch of the new V Trees & launch of associated Javelin technology on the Euston concourse and operation from Euston Control room.
