Mined large data sets to discover driving forces of increases in reported Claims damages. Developed a logistics model for use in responding to natural catastrophes such as hurricanes and hailstorms. Developed customized Risk Analysis model for the 300 applications in the IT Business portfolio and used it to explain why certain applications create more quality problems. Doubled IT project throughput by identifying and minimizing constraints on IT programmers.
