Build, communicate, and implement the product strategy for Lux’s software products (LMS, LuxBase, LuxLabs)-Establish a centralized decision making body (Innovation and GTM Council) to ensure major product initiatives are reviewed, approved, and prioritized across the entire organization -Customize and implement a Product Management and Marketing Model for Lux, creating a standard process for product lifecycle management with a focus on driving alignment between product, marketing, sales, and support -Build a product design team from scratch and oversee the implementation of a best-in-class design system and supporting processes -Assess and improve existing agile SDLC processes and standards; implement new processes where necessary -Conduct customer interviews with both economic buyers and end users to ensure a continuous feedback loop and customer-focused product strategy -Oversee product roadmaps; socialize with executive leaders and gain buy-in from BOD -Manage major product releases, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, sales, and customer success Management of three teams; Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering -Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of product managers, designers, and engineers -Lead recruiting and hiring efforts to build a successful management team -Establish and manage budget with a focus on high-performing, cost effective teams -Develop new-hire onboarding standards and oversee onboarding activities
