I have a wide range of delivery experience, predominately spent on customer sites and utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies. Many of the multi-million pound projects I have delivered continue to provide vital public services. In addition to my Prince 2 practitioner best practice I am commercially and financially aware of all aspects of programme control. My technical and communication skills paired with excellent people management and can-do attitude are a great asset in the delivery of programme and projects. I am regularly asked for advice by my colleagues and enjoy helping them excel in their roles. I actively encourage learning between cross functional teams to improve our delivery model and processes. My current role within BT enables me to operate at local, operational, national and strategic levels.
