Over 17 years’ experience in IT Service Management (ITSM). Led and directed the following ITIL Processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration and Request Management into mature states. Transitioned the organization to an ITIL compliant Service Management organization. Previously was responsible for providing support for Application Lifecycle Management of 1,500 COTS applications (Develop, design, modify, and execute processes for application evaluations, installs, upgrades, retirements, problem resolution, application monitoring, license management, and 24x7 on-call support as needed), systems running AIX, SOLARIS, LINUX, and Windows.
