   A former business owner, I have been active in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. communities since My 18 years of experience in a customer service-based business has fine-tuned my natural ability to observe my client’s needs and wants, while my meticulous attention to detail are in my DNA and have consistently made me a customer favorite. I carry the values of hard work and integrity into everything I do. My love for real estate grew from purchasing homes and investment properties of my own. While commercial and investment real estate and the ever-changing market can be challenging, I have helped clients diversify stock portfolios into real estate holdings on both small income-producing properties to larger business ownership property assets.On the residential side, I employ the same strategies as with commercial holdings, return on investment and a solid exit strategy for the property. Regardless of price, I never lose sight that every home is someone’s “dream home”. • Find potential properties to buy through research, such as analyzing market trends or studying tax records to identify potential undervalued properties.• Negotiate with sellers to obtain the best price possible for a property.• Manage the purchase process from beginning to end, which may involve obtaining financing for the purchase.• Perform inspections of properties to ensure they meet standards for habitability, including structural integrity and environmental hazards such as termite infestations.• Evaluate the financial status of potential investments, including analyzing income potential, expenses, and other factors that affect the potential return on investment.• Conduct research on market conditions in an area to determine whether a potential investment will be profitable.• Coordinate with contractors to perform renovations on properties as needed.• Develop marketing plans to attract potential renters or buyers to properties.
