I\'m a creative thinker that challenges himself every single day. I challenge myself both at work and outside of work. I\'m dedicated and strive to be the best at everything I do. I love to help others and love to learn new things. I work full time as a Sr. Instructional Designer, I own a screen printing business, act as a consultant to help others overcome challenges in their field, attend local marketing events, spend time training in the gym, training others, and participate in several fundraisers. That is just a few things that I am involved in. As a Sr. Instructional Designer, I\'m focused on providing the best experience for all of my customers. My customers include leadership, trainers, customer service agents, and the customers. By designing training solutions that are well written, simple, and easy to understand, every customer will benefit. Innovation and thinking differently has always been the key to my success. I am known for my ability to implement new ideas and pave the way for new training solutions.
