Position leads and implements all human resources programs, trainings, employee relations, benefits, and policies designed to help the County achieve its mission and vision to provide services to citizens. Work includes the identification and removal of barriers to productivity in the organization and planning for the implementation of personnel practices that are inline with management, elected officials vision, and employees.
