I have over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry with a market-facing track record in sales and distribution, underwriting, portfolio management and operations, serving private and commercial customers with life and non-life solutions. I try to see the trends that have the potential to shape our industry because this helps me to set the right priorities. However, I firmly believe that real impact is 10% strategy and 90% execution. Success is defined by our ability to execute and as such depends on having the right people in the right places.
