As a former working student in CBRE’s Office Leasing team and former intern in both Capital Markets and Leasing, I have built a strong foundation in the commercial real estate sector, particularly in the Munich office market.With hands-on experience in leasing mandates, investment research, and property marketing, I support brokers and advisors in executing transactions from initial contact to closing. My responsibilities include client communication, data preparation, CRM maintenance, and micro-location research. I have worked on office portfolios of varying scale, supporting projects with institutional clients, corporates, and developers.My background as a certified real estate agent (Immobilienkaufmann, IHK) gives me a deep practical understanding of real estate fundamentals, which I continuously expand through academic studies and on-the-job learning.Driven, analytical, and service-oriented, I am now preparing for the next step: a full-time career in real estate.
