Experienced in tactical, operational, and strategic level wargaming. Led the Marine Corps\' future force development wargaming for over two years. Was the lead designer for the Marine Corps\' Operational Wargame System (OWS) covering future warfare at the joint campaign level in the Pacific (Assassin\'s Mace - Game 001) and in Europe (Zapad - Game 002). Community leading expert on threat forces, orders of battle, contingency scenarios, warfighting concepts, historical wargaming, and wargaming methods, models and tools. Strong background in working with and supervising military, government civilian, and government contracted personnel. I am a team player, effective in building networks and a spirit of collaboration and cooperation across diverse groups of people to accomplish visionary and challenging goals.
