I’m an exited healthcare founder, startup advisor, educator, and missionary working at the intersection of care, capital, community, and calling.As the former Co-Founder and CEO of a multi-state healthcare company, I helped build and scale the business from a broken-down laptop at my dining room table, leading growth through M&A, operational transformation, and value-based care while expanding home health and hospice services with a patient-first philosophy. My background spans healthcare leadership, fundraising, private equity, and SBA 7(a) financing, and I remain actively engaged in healthcare as an advisor to founders and mission-driven ventures.Today, I also serve as Associate Director at ICCD and as a missionary, helping advance global ministry to Deaf children and underserved communities around the world. In this role, I focus on fundraising, partnership development, and helping tell the story of the children we serve, the needs they face, and the hope made possible through Christ-centered ministry.This season of life is not a departure from my past work, but an extension of it. Whether in healthcare, education, ministry, or community-building, I care deeply about strengthening systems that serve people well—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.Today, my work includes:• Advising early-stage founders in healthcare, M&A, and mission-driven ventures • Serving in global missions and nonprofit leadership through ICCD • Teaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders • Co-building a regenerative family farm rooted in sustainability, stewardship, and serviceI’m passionate about approachable fundraising, meaningful partnership, and work that restores dignity and creates lasting impact.
