I hold a Masters of Public Administration, Policy Analysis, Economic and Community Development and Planning, Local, State, and Federal Policy.I was recently an Executive Vice President of Business Development with Primo’s Italian Garage LLC. Where I managed 20 team members responsible for the build-out of restaurant space. I worked closely with city and state officials to ensure building codes and standards were met. In addition to this, I collaborated with brokers and stakeholders in planning current and future building development and created designs with architects for build-outs. During my career, I had many achievements to include: Created designs that resulted in the successful completion of build-outs. Developed master plans that enhanced neighborhoods with parks and trails to be used by the local community: Increased revenue by 4.5% from the fiscal year 2006 to 2007. Increased customer base each year by 2.8%(2001), 3.2%(2002), 3.3%(2003). Created a new database for customers, vendors, and employee tracking. Broadened service area by 14.7 miles within the Chicago Suburban Area. Created several best practices involving employees, job processes, and bid creation
