In 1998 during the Compaq and DEC Merger, Tim was successful in negotiating a buyout which formed the investment capital to create Zycom.\"DEC was a great place to work and develop life-long industry relationships. Tim holds an Electronic Engineering Technology Degree From St. Lawrence College and an Executive Leadership degree from University of Toronto/Babson College.
