Throughout my professional career I\'ve enjoyed taking on challenging projects, key roles and coordinating team efforts to accomplish goals. I have regularly taken educational courses and management certifications to stay current. I have particularly welcomed challenges in cost controls and difficult deadlines.Most recently directing a team of 80 engineers, we completed an Engineering/Procurement project on budget and ahead of schedule for a Solar grade silicon developer. Client satisfaction was recognized for the efforts of this team. In previous experience, I have been fortunate to be recognized for leadership and client relations.My view of team building and leadership includes encouraging collaborative effort, open dialogue and mutual respect of all parties. I believe this helps to ensure the best focus and coordination to achieve successful outcomes.
