Tim Akhile is a certified member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), with over a decade of diverse experience spanning Financial Advisory, Credit Risk, Business Analysis, Business Process Automation (BPA), Project Management, and Software Testing. His career has been primarily rooted in the Financial Technology (FinTech) sector and banking industry, where he has combined strong analytical expertise with client-focused financial planning, investment advisory, and risk management solutions.In his role as a Credit and Business Analyst, Tim has successfully led and supported initiatives involving credit facility appraisal, fee income optimization, credit line structuring, credit documentation, and portfolio reporting. He is proficient in stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support strategic decision-making and system implementations.Tim possesses hands-on experience with various core banking and credit systems including Finastra Trade Innovation, Finastra Loan IQ, Phoenix, and Loan Management Program. He has undergone formal business user training in both the United Kingdom and the United States.With a strong foundation in quality assurance and testing, Tim is well-versed in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and the use of tools such as TestRail and Jira to design, manage, and execute test cases.
