Entrepreneur with a passion for digital: As Managing Director Conclusion DACH I am responsible for the business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, our future growth markets for Conclusion. Conclusion is now one of the largest German digital service providers with about 120 million euros in revenue (2024) and more than 900 employees. I also manage the business of the daughter company diva-e Conclusion as CEO. I accompanied the initiation of diva-e on the the basis of a buy-and-build platform in 2015. In 2024, diva-e became part of the internationally operating Conclusion Group, one of the largest European IT service providers.Maker with a founding spirit: Even during my studies in business administration, I was enthusiastic about media, marketing and the digital economy. With the founding of New Identity AG (NIDAG), an agency for Internet services and online portals, in 1998, I became one of the largest multimedia service providers in the Rhine-Main region. In 2011, I then successfully integrated NIDAG into United Digital Group (UDG), which was financed by an international private equity investor. Investor with digital DNA and passion: Through my investment company, I am involved in numerous start-ups in the digital media & marketing sector and also advise private equity funds and strategic investors - in particular on the integration of digital service providers, M&A projects and the realization of buy-and-build platforms. In over 20 years, I have been involved in more than 200 projects - for well-known major corporations and investors, nationally and internationally, in direct project management or in a higher-level steering role.
