Customer Success Manager – Agentic Engineering at Synera with more than 20 years of experience across the full industrial value chain - from production and prototyping to CAE-driven development and enterprise-wide automation strategy.At Synera, I drive the successful adoption of agentic engineering approaches within complex engineering organizations. My focus: scalable automation, intelligent process orchestration, and measurable business impact. I work closely with engineering and digital leaders to systematically identify efficiency levers, industrialize development workflows, and translate technology into tangible ROI. Previously, I spent over 11 years at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group, most recently as Head of Automation & Digitalization. I was responsible for connecting CAD, CAE, and manufacturing environments and for operationalizing CAE-driven development strategies. Before that, I worked as a CAE-driven Development Specialist within the Kinematics & Concept Department and as a Development Engineer responsible for full-vehicle packaging. I began my career in production model engineering at Ahrens Technology, building a strong foundation in CAD design, CAM programming, CNC machining, prototyping, tooling, and supplier management. This hands-on manufacturing background continues to shape my systemic, end-to-end perspective on engineering performance. My profile combines deep engineering expertise with strategic transformation capability. The objective is not tool implementation - it is structural performance improvement.
