ABOUT TILLY HUTCHISON
I am currently completing my industrial placement year as a Global HR Business Partner in Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever. This role is enhancing my skills in change management, organisational strategy, talent development, and workforce planning. I actively contribute to the social committee, organising events that foster a positive employee culture. Additionally, I am part of the Outreach Development team, travelling to universities and schools to engage prospective employees. Outside of work, I volunteer for the AdAmi Project, a non-profit charity supporting young women in Sierra Leone in rejoining education and improving their lives. I create content and visuals for social media to raise awareness, grow our audience, and attract new donors. In September 2025, I will return to the University of Reading to complete my final year in Business Management. I am also actively involved in the University of Reading netball club, having served as President in 2023/24. I aim to leverage my experience at Unilever to deepen my understanding of the FMCG industry, global corporate strategy, and organisational management.
