   Tilly Hatcher has over 17 years of experience in the design and construction industry with an extensive background managing institutional and commercial projects as well as large, complex multi-use developments. A Cum Laude graduate of Rice University, Ms. Hatcher began her career in architecture. Mastering the use of her creative vision, she designed university and retail models and master plans, while expanding her knowledge of building laws and regulations in California and throughout the east coast including Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. Realizing her passion for transit-oriented and adaptive reuse development in walkable places, Ms. Hatcher pursued her Masters in Urban Planning with a concentration in Urban Design and Real Estate Development, graduating with distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Prior to her pursuits in urban design, Ms. Hatcher taught at The Paideia School for six years where she honed her skills in leadership, organizational communication, and strategic planning. Ms. Hatcher executes every phase of the design and construction process with precision as a designer and an owner’s representative. She fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that scope and strategy are clearly defined within budget parameters and timelines. Her strong communication and client service skills enhance her process-driven management philosophy.SELECT PROJECTSUnited Distribution Headquarters – Three phase,$16 million renovation project for a beer, wine and spirits distribution center totaling square feet in addition to 15 acres of site work and lighting located in Smyrna, GA. Beacon Municipal Complex – $38 million renovation of historic buildings and addition of new structures and storm water facilities for the Decatur Police Department, Municipal Court, City Schools of Decatur, and Ebster Recreation Center in Decatur, GA.
