I believe the best learning experiences happen when people feel grounded, safe, and brave enough to notice and speak what perplexes them, sit with the questions they have and the disequilibrium they feel. Whether I\'m facilitating workshops for 500+ participants or managing an onboarding program that achieved 100% retention rate, my work centers creating spaces where people can engage authentically with new ideas and perspectives.
