Computer and Network Security - Antibot project Worked on development of ML solutions for classification (CatBoost), clustering (HDBSCAN) and anomaly analysis (Isolation Forest). Implemented Pipeline automation using Docker, Airflow, FastAPI, conducted A/B tests to verify the effectiveness of solutions and set up a model monitoring system. Developed a parser and SQL code generator for signatures in Clickhouse, turning them into dynamically structured SQL scripts. Used DBT to work with SQL templates via FastAPI. Used XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, optimized via Hyperopt/Optuna to achieve ROC AUC = 0.75, which reduced Customer Complaint Rate by 6%. Used SHAP and LIME to interpret the effect of features on model predictions, implemented via Docker, Airflow, FastAPI, Grafana, and CI/CD in GitLab. Created ML pipelines for analyzing and optimizing ratelimits using Isolation Forest to detect anomalous requests. Optimized through Hyperopt/Optuna, achieving PR AUC = 0.86, which reduced False Positive Rate by 12% and improved anomaly response time by 9%. Conducted A/B tests to evaluate performance. Developed an algorithm for clustering traffic with HDBSCAN, optimized through Hyperopt/Optuna, improved Silhouette Score to 0.53 and reduced False Negative Rate to 17%. Conducted A/B testing, confirming the statistical significance of the results.
