I am a values-based leader who has 10+ years’ experience as a founder, product and project manager, consultant, mentor, researcher, field worker, and volunteer around the globe. My work includes engagement on projects:• Founded Social Entrepreneurship Training Youth Energy of Serbia-YES for empowering and unlocking the potential of young people in Serbia. • Provided consulting services to early and mid-stage social enterprises in Serbia.• Initiated grass-root global platform for social change-makers kanthari alumni and as a team raised 150K euros from Erasmus+. • Conducted human factors analysis and restructured HR channel for employees to improve communication effectiveness (UST Global – IT company).• Designed and implemented curriculum and educational materials and drove eco-friendly solutions in rural India, Kerala.• Defined gender policy to decrease gender inequality in the missions (UN-OCHA). • Developed interdisciplinary research framework and led field-work in Philippines for protection of rice terraces heritage within the indigenous community. My superpower is empathy. I have found that through listening and caring; I have been able to engage, guide, and bring together the most ‘challenging’ stakeholders at the table. My passion is sustainable community development.
