With over 10 years of experience in process engineering and materials science, I am a passionate and innovative leader in the semiconductor industry. I have a PhD in analytical chemistry, and I bring extensive knowledge and expertise in electroplating, plasma treatment, surface analysis, and materials characterization. I am currently a senior manager of process engineering at Lam Research, a global leader in wafer fabrication equipment and services.In my current role, I direct, mentor, and develop direct reports. I also oversee the R&D strategies, customer demos, data reports, road maps, and process improvements for key customers in the US, Taiwan, Korea, and China. I have successfully developed electroplating metallization processes for back end of line, middle of line, buried power via, and supported the adoption of our equipment. I have also contributed to multiple patents and publications in the field of electroplating, metal oxide reduction, and wet chemical bath control systems. Some of my achievements include receiving the awards for capturing tool sales for new plating applications and supporting key customer tool and process startups.
