Working with Teens in Oakland through the BUILD.org entrepreneurship program. This program is amazing and needs more volunteers + donations to grow and reach more schools. Teens learn business fundamentals, collaboration, problem solving, marketing and research, and ultimately fabricate their own products and sell them. all in only the 1st year of this 4 year program. They also hone their presentation skills through several business plan pitch opportunities to panels of investor judges.
