Hi, I’m Tiff I’m a Relational Leadership Coach with experience leading a global team of 200+ editors at Grammarly.As the daughter of Taiwanese immigrants raised by a single mother, I grew up immersed in cultural expectations to overachieve, take care of others, and put myself last. My life has been a journey of unlearning those patterns — and now, I support others in doing the same.I work with sensitive, intuitive humans — often women of color — who are exploring seasons of change in their work, relationships, creative life.
