Not many people start their career wrangling middle schoolers and end up advising global organizations on cybersecurity and professional development - but that\'s my story. I began as public school teacher, mastering the art of simplifying the impossible (try teaching algebra to 13-year-olds). Fast forward 12 years, and I\'ve traded chalkboards for boardrooms, building a career that blends education, strategy, and innovation in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of cybersecurity.Today, I partner with clients and internal stakeholders, alike all around the globe to uncover, design, and execute programs that drive meaningful, human-centric change. Whether it\'s simplifying technical concepts for a leadership team or designing scalable solutions that impact thousands of employees, I\'m passionate about creating strategies that bridge the gap between business goals and people\'s needs. What makes me tick?1) Simplifying the Complex: I believe even the most technical concepts can - and should - be explained clearly (with less acronyms). 2) Building Bridges: I thrive on connecting dotes - between people, teams, and ideas - to solve problems and deliver results. 3) Human-Centric Change: Fancy tech is great, but at the end of the day, it\'s people who make or break an organization\'s success.From collaborating with C-suite leaders to empowering frontline employees, my work focuses on creating measurable impact while keeping the human element front and center. Oh, and along the way, I\'ve learned that a little humor, a lot of listening, and the occasional coffee break can go a long way in making change stick.
