Responsibilities include overseeing production operations, managing creative & story development, pitching and bidding new projects, finding leads/new work for the agency, business affairs, and financial management.– Lead all production phases from concept to delivery (pre-production, shoot, and post). Develop production plans, oversee technical elements, manage scope of work throughout the life cycle of a project, create and manage detailed schedules, timelines, and budgets. Hire producers, supervisors, artists, crew, vendors, and production partners, generate and negotiate contracts and estimates. Nurture client relationships, encourage and mentor the growth of early career producers, and artists.– Assemble pitch decks, sales decks, keynote/powerpoint presentations. Ability to command a room and conduct screenings with agencies, production companies and brand direct clients. Able to work with other EPs/HOP and collaborate as part of a leadership team. Primary point of contact with clients, agency partners, and internal teams to plan and deliver projects. – Responsible for the financial health and reconciliation of jobs ensuring productions are delivered within budget and on-time. Maintain profit margin for each project bid. Experienced in a fast-paced post-production environment.
