Facilitate the Advancing Innovative Math Solutions (AIMS) Collaboratory, a community of practice for solution providers, educational researchers, and school district partners across the US. Design collaboration opportunities for AIMS members working towards the development of R&D infrastructures and the improvement of mathematics learning, specifically for Black and Latino/a/e students and students affected by poverty. AIMS is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Developed and led communities of practice with Lucas Education Research grantees to examine equity-centered learning environments and conditions in school systems that enable implementation of rigorous project-based learning.Collaborated with the New York Academy of Sciences to develop online professional development for K-12 STEM teachers, supporting their development of instruction aligned to the New York Academy of Science’s STEM Education Framework.
