ABOUT TIFFANY HUGHES

I’m a Strategic Resourcing Leader with 22 years’ experience gained within Agency, In-house and RPO environments, covering volume, tech, and professional hiring both inside and outside of the UK. With well rounded experience, working for Global companies across multiple industries at FTSE 100 organisations in Retail, Telecommunications, Financial Services and the Energy Sector, leading both large teams and sizeable strategic transformation programmes/projects. I’ve also worked for smaller organisations and startups.I most recently worked with a wide variety of clients as a consultant, and am very enthusiastic about building solutions that facilitate organisations to directly source, attract and retain diverse talent. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion matters always, and it really is important to me. I believe in taking personal accountability and responsibility for learning, challenging and creating change in this space.I’m a Master NLP practitioner, and in my personal time I am passionate about mentoring others to enter the workforce or progress their careers, particularly people from disadvantaged or underrepresented backgrounds. I am also a listener for Samaritans and a keen competitive powerlifter.
