At PC Answers, I have had to learn, learn, learn! I am responsible for book-keeping, tax liabilities/payment schedule, hiring, training/managing the technician team, and working directly with small business and residential clients. This includes gaming PCs and business-oriented builds for specific application needs. I coordinate training for clients on a variety of systems like Microsoft products, Google products, Apple products, security issues, etc.
