Dr. Tiffany Brannon is a nonprofit executive and behavioral health leader with nearly two decades of experience advancing programs that strengthen community well-being, expand access to mental health resources, and support families experiencing trauma and housing instability.She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KAPAAW, a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing behavioral health disparities affecting Black women and families. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for program development, community partnerships, and organizational growth. Dr. Brannon has led initiatives focused on mentoring, wellness, and mental health education while securing funding, building multidisciplinary teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to expand community impact.In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Dr. Brannon has held senior leadership roles in behavioral health and social service organizations, overseeing grant-funded programs, housing initiatives, and multidisciplinary teams serving individuals and families navigating complex systems of care. Her work spans program administration, staff development, regulatory compliance, and cross-sector collaboration with healthcare providers, community agencies, and public systems.Dr. Brannon also serves as a professor of counseling and student success, where she prepares the next generation of behavioral health professionals and contributes scholarship focused on trauma, mental health disparities, and culturally responsive care.
