ABOUT TIFFANY KUO

I drive healthcare innovation through strategy, marketing, and product management for digital health, biotech, and medical devices. I enjoy diving deep into data, truly understanding people’s needs, and thinking outside of the box to develop and execute innovative product and marketing strategies to improve patient outcomes. My professional experiences range from large to small companies in both developed and underdeveloped markets. During my time in consulting, I developed business cases, value proposition, and customer segmentation strategies for new innovative drugs, devices, and apps. As the co-founder and Head of Marketing and Operations for Multiply Labs, I develop and execute commercialization strategies for our 3D printed personalized supplements. At Medtronic, I developed branding and product strategy to increase patient access to its cardiac device in China. Additionally, I managed product development for an innovative capsule endoscopy device in Taiwan and improved patient access by leveraging mHealth devices to improve clinical diagnosis at a low-cost clinic in Kenya. As a consultant and former engineer by training, I’ve successfully combined business and analytics to drive strategies and structure for innovation. I flourish in challenging and fast-paced environments and enjoy managing and driving cross-functional alignment in companies where I can make a meaningful impact to improve patient outcomes.
