I build the systems and structures that ensure that our boards, commissions and partners are aligned, productive, consistent and mission-oriented- Design and Facilitation: I also create and facilitate the programming for our board to ensure that we are developing as leaders and have the tools and skills to execute on our 5 main priorities for this year- Project Management: The major project that I am spearheading is designing all of the programming and resources for the apprenticeship component of our long-term neighborhood revitalization project, The Ground Up Project, which will be in the Dexter-Linwood neighborhood in Detroit, MI.
