Oversight of the operations for our 2 large income producing home care territories -Lynnfield, and Gloucester-Serve as part of Guardian Angel Senior Services Operation Team to develop and maintain home care quality and standards while evaluating revenue streams-Oversight of Home Care management, and overall office operations including coaching, reviews, education, maintaining effective communication and staffing-Developed and maintains a good working relationship with all contracted vendors including ASAP, VA, VNA/Hospice, Waiver and private pay clientele-Review office and caregiver staffing needs and evaluate these needs in relation to new hires/ recruiting challenges-Evaluate and promote interoffice and caregiver growth for each of the 2 locations-Case Management for all private pay and state clients-Directly assist in office administration in absence of office managers-Oversee/prepare records for audits and maintain quality in relation to standards set out by the Home Care Council-Follow up on client and agency complaints to enhance resolution, relationships and education for complaint-Handles social madia such as Facebook and Instagram for all 9 Locations-Networking.
