My background spans sales enablement, professional learning, curriculum and content development, and AI‑enabled workflows, with a strong focus on turning complex ideas into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.Currently, I design and deliver sales enablement programs, onboarding, and upskilling initiatives, leveraging LMS platforms, video, and AI tools to create scalable, data‑informed training solutions. I also develop rigorous online learning materials for K-12 students. Both roles allow me to partner closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure learning aligns with business goals and drives measurable impact.What sets me apart is my ability to blend instructional design expertise, strong facilitation skills, and emerging technology to support adoption and change.
