Oversee pharmaceutical controls, medical supply management, and coordination with Central Sterilization to maintain clinical readiness and compliance.Champion EHR optimization and workflow integration, leading protocol development, system upgrades, quality initiatives, and staff training to support accurate documentation and operational efficiency.Serve as a key liaison between providers, staff, and hospital leadership. Participate in hospital committees and organizational initiatives aligned with strategic growth and operational integrity.
