ABOUT TIFFANY WEBB

As a special education teacher, I focus on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed. I prioritize thoughtful planning, strong classroom management, and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of my students. In my role, I work closely with general education teachers, families, and support staff to ensure each student receives the services and support they need to grow academically and socially. I bring several years of experience working with students across a variety of grade levels and settings, including both inclusion and self-contained classrooms. I hold a Master of Education in Special Education from Auburn University at Montgomery and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the University of West Alabama. I am currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Change and Leadership at UWA. My work is grounded in data-driven decision-making, individualized support, and relationship-building. I am passionate about creating equitable learning opportunities and helping students feel confident, capable, and engaged in their learning.
