ABOUT TIFFANY WAITE

Tiffany brings over 22 years of experience in the environmental industry, including 13 years in project management and more than 13 years in supervisory and team leadership roles. Her expertise spans a wide range of environmental disciplines. She serves as a subject matter expert on the national technical team for hazardous materials and indoor air quality, specializing in hazardous building materials and mould management consulting. Additionally, Tiffany has extensive experience in solid waste management and recycling. She has conducted various environmental assessments, such as hazardous materials surveys, indoor air quality assessments, confined space assessments, Phase I environmental site assessments, and sustainability baseline assessments. Her project portfolio includes- Managing and reporting on hazardous materials assessments - Supervising hazardous materials abatement projects - Developing abatement specifications and tender documents - Creating hazardous materials exposure control plans Beyond hazardous materials, Tiffany has led projects involving- Wildlife monitoring - Sustainability-related assessments - Environmental permitting - Environmental construction monitoring - Waste management She has delivered services to a broad client base, including government agencies (First Nations groups, provincial and federal departments, and Crown corporations), as well as clients in insurance, commercial, real estate, and industrial sectors throughout Western Canada—particularly in British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Alberta. Earlier in her career, she coordinated the Province of Manitoba’s Waste Management Services program, helping develop and implement a government-wide waste management and recycling initiative.
