Built the company from the ground up, starting with zero dollars in revenue reaching over seven figures. Designed, launched, and scaled multiple product lines across three brands, including Nourish Foods Company, Nourish Foods Market, and The Eat Well Kitchen. Built relationships with community partners to provide DTC meal services outside of e-commerce platforms, including UWCA, City of Birmingham, Woodlawn Foundation, Meals on Wheels, and Priority Veterans which provided additional revenue streams. Pivoted the company during COVID to adjust from serving individual meals to high paying clients to servicing thousands of underserved youth and at-risk elderly folks in our community needing meals.
