I spent years walking through my life as a dark cloud with a smile taped on top. I didn\'t think anyone had me figured out, and because I was lying to myself, I genuinely didn\'t know that I had arrived to such a deep place of hurt and misery. One day, it really hit me that in avoiding my own healing, I was existing in the world as someone who hurts others. I believe that hurt people hurt people, and healed people heal people.That was the point when I hired a coach, I did an intense year-long coach training program, and I\'m now 3+ years into owning my very own private practice! Some of the things I think you should know about my coaching style are- I\'m highly trained in listening. I promise I can hear some things about you, that you don\'t yet realize about yourself- I\'m like a mirror, sometimes people don\'t like what they see, but they\'re so glad to know what they look like, so that they can adjust- I\'m a pattern finder. I want to help you figure out the patterns of your life, where YOU are the common denominator, and where those patterns are the things in the way of living the life you want- As a coach, I\'m committed to forward movement, so if you don\'t know what you want, that\'s okay, but please be prepared to do the work of getting clear. This can take months, but the alternative is not getting clear and never knowing. So what do you want to do? Invest a few months in figuring it out? Or die never knowing what you really wanted to do with your life- I love my clients. I\'m not for everyone, and that\'s a-okay with me.
