As a Sr. Financial Analyst at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), I use my data analysis and forecasting skills to provide insights and support within the commercial function.    I help to drive DE+I awareness across multiple operating companies by leading the communication, program planning, and strategy efforts to the associate resource groups. Within this position, I create meaningful and engaging content, sharing it across the companywide premium channel, newsletters, emails, and invitations. Utilizing Canva, I create graphics, videos, presentations, gifs, memes, and more to assist in communication efforts, tracking the engagement by utilizing click through and open rates. In addition to overseeing communications, I assist in leading the program strategy efforts which is inclusive of fundraisers, professional development, targeted trainings, cultural awareness recognitions, and both in person and virtual conferences.
