Over time, I\'ve been blessed with opportunities to adapt and grow within the industry (leadership, project management, and collaboration). In the winter of 2018, I decided to explore a new role at Netflix. This move demonstrated my commitment to broadening my expertise and understanding of the filmmaking process, ultimately making me a more versatile leader in the visual effects field. • Experience with 2D and 3D visual effects production from script breakdown, budgeting, vfx set management to creating and maintaining internal pipeline schedules, shot tracking, data maintenance & distribution, all aspects of employee/artist management. • Able to bring different personalities together and create a team atmosphere in order to meet demanding deadlines & • Experience managing on-set efforts for both live action production as well as VFX shoots from set up, personnel management, and day to day operations. • Extremely detail oriented, able to multi-task, strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Even under pressure, I can still have fun!
