ABOUT TIFFANY SCHULTZ

I am a process-driven and outcome-oriented licensed nurse with a passion for functional medicine, whole-body wellness, and nutrition. I value ethical, compassionate, and individualized patient-centered care. I possess an unwavering commitment for patient advocacy through patient guidance, teaching, and coaching. I excel in fast-paced environments that challenge my critical thinking and problem-solving skills alongside a supportive team that promotes personal and professional growth. My vast experience in nursing, IV therapy, phlebotomy, research, HR, accounting, and management has equipped me with a multitude of skills. These qualities combined with my dependability and computer proficiency allows me to be extremely innovative and efficient, enabling me to make valuable contributions to any corporation.My passion for re-majoring into nursing was solidified through my experience in losing my grandmother at a young age to an idiopathic terminal illness. Understanding the importance of working closely with patients and providers to streamline treatment plans, both clinically and administratively, I discovered the perplexing complexity of navigating the healthcare system as a patient and was inspired to place patient advocacy and patient education at the core of my care delivery. I enjoy fitness, nature, farming, and traveling. I have a passion for healthy and nutritious locally grown foods. I practice meditation for self-care to stay spiritually in tune with my psyche and engage in cardio and weight-training to maintain physically in tune with my body.
