Tiffany Ricci is a seasoned strategic communications, marketing, and media expert with decades of experience in labor, advocacy, and grassroots campaigning. She began her career at AFSCME in 2003 as a communications specialist and has since held multiple leadership positions, including directing media strategy, managing the field communications team, planning national conventions, and producing AFSCME’s award-winning I AM Story podcast.Today, Tiffany serves as AFSCME’s Director of Communications, where she leads a dynamic and evolving team committed to advancing the union’s message and amplifying the voices of working people.Before joining the labor movement, Tiffany was Communications Director for Democrats Media Relations Manager for the National Association of Counties, and a publicist for John Walsh and America’s Most Wanted. Tiffany studied Communications, Politics and Law at Emerson College. She travels enough for work that she has earned Hilton Diamond status, but she lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two amazing kids. She loves pretzels, Murder She Wrote reruns and fighting for social justice.
