   Manage the Photo Production Team and the Lead Sample Analyst over the full Sample Team • Oversee all Photo Production including still life, on figure and video for all marketing including digital print, TV and marketing • Cast all models based on the creative direction and/or brand needs • Created a pool of approved models for the On Figure Ecom Producer to choose from for all Ecom On Figure photography • Create and manage workflows as new photography requests arise • Produce all in studio and on location on figure photo and video shoots for print and digital by optioning talent including photographers, photo assistants, digital techs, hair & makeup artists, hair & makeup assistants, stylists, stylist assistants, prop stylists, prop assistants, production assistants, DP’s, grip crew and models for women’s, men’s and kids • Produce all Campaign level shoots • Help source and secure large prop items, paints and other items needed for in house photo shoots • Partner closely with the studio manager to ensure my team’s needs are met for all upcoming projects • Location scouting for both local and non-local location shoots • Coordinate travel and accommodations for location shoots • Source and secure permits and COI’s as needed for location shoots • Negotiate day rates and usage for cast and crew • Create and maintain the budget for all photography studio wide thus ensuring all shoots remain within budget • Seek out new talent including photographers, hairstylists, groomers, makeup artists and prop stylists • Monitor daily shot counts to ensure maximized productivity during shoot days • Create, monitor and maintain shotlists to ensure orderly shoot days • Remain on top of shotlists to ensure missing samples are shot upon arrival • Order craft and supplies for the Photo Studio as well as for shoots • Execute New Vendor paperwork and Freelancer Agreement Contracts in partnership with legal
