ABOUT TIFFANY Q.

As a Performance Management Specialist and a Senior Employment Specialist at The Grow Group, Inc, I have over six years of experience in increasing the productivity and job satisfaction of employees and helping ensure the growth of the organization. I partner with managers and staff to design and implement performance improvement plans, conduct employee surveys and assessments, provide coaching and mentoring, and facilitate training and development programs. I also collaborate with the Employment Specialist team to provide vocational rehabilitation services to people with disabilities and assist them with finding their desired career. My mission is to professionally develop each consumer and employee, through continued training and education, so that they can obtain long-term and meaningful employment and contribute to their local community. I am passionate about empowering people to achieve their full potential and to overcome any barriers or challenges they may face. I leverage my skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel to create and manage data-driven reports and presentations that demonstrate the impact and value of our services.
